Impressions Naturelles I & II (2008-2009)

In this inaugural exploration, the camera takes on the role of a pencil, tracing a delicate path from pictorial expression to photographic vision. The vivid colors breathe life into familiar places, while the gardens of Giverny—once a muse for the Impressionists’ oils—are gently set in motion, yet eternally held in a quiet, timeless stillness within each image.
